Excellent product. Has 2 adjustable nylon straps that fit around the top & bottom of the bed, 2 sets of nylon cuffs and 2 short adjustable nylon straps. Each bed strap has two sets of clips. One set is stationary while the other set slides along the bed strap, allowing for some side to side movement of the arms or legs. The cuffs have a velcro closure with a strip that is large enough to make it secure and easily adjusted for comfort. Foam padding is on the inside of cuffs to ensure comfort. The cuffs connect to bed straps using an interlocking plastic clip (one piece on the bed strap, the other on the cuff). The shorter nylon straps are adjustable in length and have an interlocking clip on them (like the bed straps and cuffs) letting you to use them as extenders, allowing movement between the bed straps and the cuffs or to force certain positions. Ex: Attach wrist cuffs to the upper bed strap in the stationary clips, attach the ankle cuffs to the shorter nylon straps and then clip the short strap into the sliding clip on the upper bed strap, securing the wrists against the bed and forcing the legs in the air. This product is definitely worth the price and easy to use. The cuffs are comfortable and the entire ensemble seems to be well-made and durable. Use part of the restaints or all of them depending on your comfort level. Valuable product for beginners and experienced users. Since any piece can be connected to another, you are limited only by imagination.
