This product has much more power over the previous models of the same item. More batteries seems to do the trick. However, the shaft inside that pushes the head back and forth broke on us the second time we tried to use it. Overall it has great potential, someone with a large entrance will love it. But for us it went into the trash on the second use. Still working but with a broken shaft it is of no use.

Worked as expected and I was very happy for about 20 minutes, but then the tiny piston/shaft that held the two pieces together in the middle snapped or something.
